You may be eligible if you:
Lived in Pinellas County during recent hurricanes
Do not own another home
Have household income up to 120% of Area Median Income
Can qualify for a 30-year fixed mortgage
Income examples:
1 person household: up to $87,600
2 people: up to $100,150
4 people: up to $125,150
This program was created specifically for storm-impacted renters struggling with affordability.
