Up to $80,000 for Storm-Impacted Renters in Pinellas County
If you were renting in Pinellas County during Hurricanes Idalia, Helene, or Milton, you may qualify forup to $80,000 in homebuyer assistance.
Pinellas County launched this program to help storm-impacted residents transition from renting to owning. The assistance can help cover:
Up to 100% of required down payment
Reasonable closing costs
Mortgage financing support
The program is available to income-eligible renters who do not currently own another home and can qualify for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.
⚠️ Applications are processed on afirst-come, first-processed basis. Once funds are committed, the program pauses.
